The AGM was held on 13th February, with one of the key items being the introduction of a new selection policy and procedure for race rowing.

The aim being to develop stronger and faster racing crews. Activities towards this goal is already underway with  active Ergo plans being carried out by many crews. Thanks to Dave B for his encouragement and statistical reporting.
